Defective Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement shipment or full refund at your preference, including covering all return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return

Email hello@autosystems.ie with your order number and reason for return. We will reply within 1 business day with return instructions and a pre-paid label for eligible returns.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Bank processing time may add an additional 3–5 business days.
